I don't have a printer and cannot print my ballot request form - what do I do?

If you cannot print your ballot request form, then you will have to request a paper form to be sent to you by your local election office. Note, that there it will take some time, so act early. You can look up your election office address in the Election Official Directory.

Note that your SIGNATURE on the ballot request form is vitally important. It will later be used to "authenticate" (confirm your identity) when you submit your actual voted ballot. Your signature on the voted ballot outer envelope will be "matched" to the signature on file from your ballot request form. That is how they will confirm your identity. Make sure you keep a consistent signature!
