"Forgot Password" did not work for me, what do I do?

If the Forgot Password request did not work for you, please do the following:

1. Check your junk email and spam folders - it could have gone there.

2. Submit a request through this help desk to manually reset your password. A technician will personall assist. Wait time is approximately 24 hours.

3. Or, you can create a new Voter Account with a different email address.
