In the Registration/Ballot Request process: After entering all of your information into the system, on the final screen, you will be prompted to click a button that says, "Download Form." Click on this button. A PDF file should download within seconds. Depending on your browser, you should be able to click to open the file in Adobe Reader. From there, you can print your form.
If the download process did not work: there could have been a connection problem during the use of the system that would get in the way of the download. It is a good idea to refresh the browser and try again as a first step. If it still does not work.
If you are having printing issues, be sure to check the following things:

If neither of these issues solves the problem, and especially if you receive an error message, please submit a report to the Voter Help Desk for assistance. When submitting your problem, please be sure to complete all fields and to indicate the following:
Note, iPads cannot download and print. If you are using an iPad, you will have to switch to a computer.
If you saved your data in a Voter Account, you can also login from different computer to access your form and try to download it from there. This will help you to identify if the problem is in your system or in our software.
