Certain parts of the country are legally required to provide voter registration forms in languages other than English because they have met certain Federal criteria. The U.S. Election Assistance Commission (www.eac.gov) provides voter registration forms in seven different languages. Election officials must accept these forms.
Some state election officials' websites also include access to registration forms in other languages. To find your local elections office's information, go to the Election Official Directory. Choose your state and region to find the contact information of your local election official or click on the link to your Local Elections Website.
